Swift Livery arranges private chauffeur transportation, including airport transfers, point-to-point journeys, hourly service, and other services shown in the booking flow. Availability, vehicle choices, service areas, and rates may vary by location and date.

The website and embedded booking flow are provided to help you request and manage a journey. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a website feature when reasonably necessary.

Provide accurate pickup, destination, timing, flight, passenger, and contact information. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from the booking system or Swift Livery. Review the confirmation promptly and email us if any detail is incorrect.

A booking request is subject to availability and any terms shown during booking. If a requested service cannot be provided, we will use the contact information supplied to discuss the available options.

The fare and any payment schedule are shown in the booking details or confirmation. Tolls, parking, extra stops, local taxes, overtime, additional mileage, overnight charges, and other disclosed additional charges may be added as described in our rates and cancellation policy.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the payment provider shown in checkout to process the amount due for the booking and eligible additional charges described in the booking terms. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Cancellation deadlines, deposit rules, and change requests are described in the rates and cancellation policy. Cancellation requests and changes must be emailed to info@swiftlivery.com. Requests are subject to the applicable deadline and availability.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your booking is complete and for following applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions during the journey. Please notify us in advance about changes that could affect pickup or service arrangements.

Swift Livery may decline or end a service where it is reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or protection of the chauffeur, passengers, or vehicle. Any fare or cancellation amount will be handled under the booking terms and applicable law.

Traffic, weather, road closures, airport conditions, flight changes, and mechanical issues can affect journey timing. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked service and communicate material changes, but cannot guarantee an exact arrival time where circumstances are outside our reasonable control.

If an event outside our reasonable control prevents a journey from going ahead, we will work with you on the available options, subject to the booking confirmation and mandatory consumer rights.

Website text, images, branding, and design are owned by Blackwaze Ltd or used with permission. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial booking purposes. You may not copy or republish site materials, misuse the booking flow, interfere with the website, or use it for unlawful activity.

Links to other websites or services are provided for convenience. Blackwaze Ltd does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. The embedded booking and payment services may also present their own terms or privacy information.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and booking information useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every listed service will be available at every time and location.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blackwaze Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Ontario, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted on this page. Changes to an existing booking will not alter its confirmed details unless the change is permitted by the booking terms or agreed with you.
